As the founding designer, I worked with the founders to create a user-centred design strategy that shaped our product vision. I worked with external partners to create consistent brand illustrations, giving the platform a unique identity. Through user research and competitor analysis, I helped prioritise the roadmap and built a design system to ensure accessibility and consistency across development.
